ROLE OF A CHAPTER 7 ATTORNEY

As a Chapter 7 Attorney my role is to provide you with advice on your financial options. I will also prepare your bankruptcy petition, which consists of series of Official forms based on the financial information date you provide and what is on your credit file. I will also attend and represent you at the 341 Meeting of the Creditors. Moreover, I will be there to explain the bankruptcy process and answer any questions you may have.
