Maxwell Law Firm started as a boutique Firm located in the heart of Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, North Carolina a few short years ago. Since then, the Firm has expanded into Cabarrus County, with an office in the city of Concord, North Carolina. Maxwell Law Firm is committed to serving the goals and needs of our clients, while looking for the best solutions for them. We provide services generally in the Charlotte Metro Area, but we also provide services to clients throughout North Carolina. Attorney Victorianne Maxwell’s practice areas include Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in Charlotte and Concord, Civil Matters, Prenuptial and Separation Agreements, Uncontested Divorces, Business, Wills and Legal Documents Preparation, and Debt/Collection issues for clients throughout the North Carolina. Established in 2008, by a North Carolina Central Law Alum Victorianne C. Maxwell, the firm started with one office in Charlotte and has now expanded into Concord, NC. Since opening its doors, the firm has assisted clients with Bankruptcy advisements and filings, Immigration Filings and Deportation Hearings, Divorce filings, Structured Business Start ups and Formations, Debt Defense and Settlement, served as Defense Counsel for traffic, dui/dwi offenses and Felony/Misdemeanors in both State and Federal Court (western district of North Carolina; filed and represented clients in administrative Hearings, Appeals, and in Juvenile/Dependency/Abuse/Neglect hearings.

Victorianne was born in Brooklyn, NY; the descendant of Haitian and Ghanaian immigrants. Victorianne is a member of State Bar of North Carolina, Cabarrus County Bar Association, and admitted to United States Federal Court, Western District of North Carolina, and United States Court of Veterans Appeals. Victorianne is fluent in both French and Haitian-kreyol.
